Utastech Shines at Chicago & Melbourne Exhibitions

Amid the global foodservice industry's pursuit of innovation, Zhuhai Utastech has strengthened international partnerships following the 2025 Canton Fair. In May, the company showcased cutting-edge smart cooking technologies at two premier global events: Chicago’s NRA Show (May 17-20) and Melbourne’s Foodservice Australia (May 18-20). With its signature "wok hei" (breath of the wok) technology, Utastech demonstrated China’s manufacturing excellence to global audiences.

Empowering Global Smart Chinese Cuisine

The NRA Show in Chicago stands as a pinnacle event for the global hospitality industry. Attracting over 67,000 buyers from 100+ countries, it sets trends for restaurants and hotels worldwide. Utastech captivated attendees with its star products (Chef G2U/G3U smart wok stations).

The Chef G3U retains the high-efficiency and user-friendly advantages of its predecessor while incorporating localized adaptations (e.g., seasoning compartments) for the North American market.

Integrating a drum-style induction cooker, digital recipes, and a non-coated nitrided iron wok, it authentically replicates the intense wok hei of traditional Chinese stir-frying. Amid rising labor costs and market competition, international exhibitors showed strong interest in Utastech’s solutions. The technology addresses staffing shortages and operational costs, enabling restaurants to reinvest in R&D while achieving "efficiency-driven operations" and "authentic flavors."

Melbourne FSA
Redefining Smart Chinese Kitchens

At Melbourne’s Foodservice Australia—a hub for commercial kitchen innovation—Utastech showcased its flagship series (Chef G2U, G3B, G5), demonstrating how its smart equipment automates classic Chinese dishes with precision.

The Chef G3B stole the spotlight: its patented wok structure and electromagnetic heating algorithm achieve 300°C stir-frying, perfectly replicating chef-quality fried rice. Cloud-synced digital recipes ensure standardization. This "new human-machine collaboration model"—balancing high standards and efficiency—drew inquiries from global foodservice leaders. After tasting the machine-cooked fried rice, attendees praised: "Finally, a machine that consistently captures the soul of Chinese cuisine!"

Utastech: Leading Global Smart Dining Evolution

These successful exhibitions mark a milestone in Utastech’s refined global expansion strategy. To date, its equipment serves clients in Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Japan, the U.S., the U.K., and 10+ other countries.

Leveraging three core technologies—smart temperature control, automated seasoning, and digital recipes—Utastech enforces strict international standards across R&D and production. Offering end-to-end lifecycle management and full-chain solutions, it empowers global dining brands while showcasing the limitless potential of standardized, intelligent Chinese cuisine—demonstrating China’s robust technical prowess in smart cooking innovation.
